What type of hair is it?
Our hair is 100% genuine Remy human hair and has its cuticle intact and is double drawn. We use a newer manufacturing technology that results in soft, long lasting, shine free and tangle free extensions.
How long will the hair last?
Each application can last up to 12 weeks with proper care. The hair extensions can be reused up to 3 times with proper care.
Can I dye my hair extensions?
Yes, you can. Because our hair is 100% human hair thus all of our extensions can be dyed. Just note that you should only use semi or demi permanent hair dye. You should never ever lift the color, only deposit it if you want to keep the hair healthy. Dye the hair darker, never lighter.
Can they be straightened, curled ?
Yes, you can use a hair straightener or a hair curler to style the hair. However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will damage the hair by making it dry and tangled
Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the Brazilian virgin hair from time to time. You can visit your stylist for further suggestions.
What length and how much hair will I need?
You can have any length you want up to about 32". The best-looking hair extensions for average height women are usually around 22" or less. Our most popular length is 18" which is to your chest. As for the hair weight, you will need from 3.5 oz to 6 oz (100g to 200g). For the average full head weave, you will need at least 8 oz (250g) of hair. Longer and fuller styles will require more hair. For people who are looking for a fuller look, or working with hair 22 inches or longer, they should consider purchasing around 12 to 16 oz. (400g to 500 g). Many of our customers purchase different lengths (18-inch, 20 inch, 22inch)
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
RETURN: Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We highly encourage you to inspect thoroughly and examine the hair without opening the bundles. You may NOT comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, wear or treat the hair in any way for us to consider a return.
EXCHANGE: We are confident that you will be pleased with Best Quality Hair’s products. However, in the event that your order does not meet your expectations, please send it back, unused, in its original condition. We will exchange your order with products of equal value. You must contact us successfully before returning the products. All returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase. All unauthorized returns will be discarded.SHIPPING,HANDLING, DUTY COST: will be at customer’s expense.
